Baskin Robbins started with 27 ice cream flavors and extended it to 31 flavors under advertising planning. Their 31 flavors became as slogon for Baskin Robbins âCount the Flavors. Where flavor counts.â

If I wanted to add a slight banana flavor to a yellow cake (making a banana cream layer cake), and wanted to use baby food as opposed to the more fake flavoring…how would I do this? Is there anything else I should add and/or take away from the recipe so as to not mess with consistency?
I had some leftover banana baby food, hence the question. =)
I don’t want to do banana frosting though.
Should I just go with vanilla?

I need to make a vanilla cake with vanilla frosting. Where I went, they had a yellow cake mix and a white cake mix. The person I’m making the cake for said she prefered the white cake mix but I know that she is picky and likes vanilla. Is it ok to add a little vanilla to the cake mix? If so, about how much?
