I just finished baking the 8 cakes needed for a wedding cake I am making (first time) and one of the layers cracked. It isn’t very severe, like all the way through, but it’s about halfway through the middle.
Should I make a whole new layer, or can I fix the crack by frosting it?

AND I’m using butter cream frosting…I don’t know if it makes a difference…
